Versatile Use across Natural Stone & Grout

Aqua Mix® Enrich’N’Seal™ is suitable for use on a wide variety of unsealed natural stones, including marble, granite, slate, limestone, travertine, and quartzite. It effectively seals and darkens grout joints, providing a consistent, rich finish across both stone and grout. Whether applied to polished marble floors or rustic outdoor slate, the sealer delivers a natural, non-gloss finish that enhances tone and depth without altering texture.

Its versatility makes it ideal for residential and commercial applications, from kitchen bench tops and bathrooms to outdoor patios and walkways.

Professional Application Process

Before application, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from any waxes, finishes, or previous sealers. Apply Enrich’N’Seal™ evenly using a sponge, paint pad, brush, or cotton towel, taking care to avoid overlaps or run-down marks.

Allow the sealer to penetrate for several minutes, then wipe off all excess within 5 minutes using a clean, dry microfiber or cotton towel. Any unremoved residue may cause surface haze. For more porous stones, multiple coats may be required, allow at least 30 minutes between coats.

On vertical surfaces, apply from bottom to top to prevent streaking. Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to full application to confirm desired enhancement.

Drying & Curing

• Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats at 20°C and 70% relative humidity.
• Surfaces can accept light traffic within 2 hours.
• Keep surfaces dry for at least 12 hours post-application.
• Full cure is achieved within 48 hours for maximum stain protection.
• Clean tools immediately after use with mineral spirits.

Important Considerations

• Do not apply over previously sealed or pre-treated surfaces (including those sealed with Aqua Mix® ProBlock or Aqua Mix® Grout Release).
• Avoid using additional sealers or finishes on top of Enrich’N’Seal™, as it is designed to function as a final treatment.
• Surfaces must remain dry and clean to prevent slip hazards.
• The product will not protect against etching or physical surface wear caused by acids or caustic substances.
• If residue appears after application, contact Aqua Mix® for correction procedures.

Maintenance for Long-Term Protection

Maintain sealed surfaces with a pH-neutral cleaner to preserve the integrity of the sealer. Regular cleaning with Aqua Mix® Concentrated Stone & Tile Cleaner will help remove dirt and prevent build-up without degrading the finish. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaning agents to maintain the enriched appearance and protective performance of the sealer.
